Mitchell H. Frumkin, PE, RS, CGP
President, Founder
Mitchell H. Frumkin founded Kipcon, Inc. in 1986 and continues to foster its growth with constant innovation and education. A Licensed Professional Engineer in eighteen states, Mr. Frumkin holds the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist designation. In addition, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) named him a Certified Green Professional. A recognized industry expert, Mitch Frumkin is a frequent speaker, writer and committee member on the state and national levels for the CAI, NAHB, and many other professional organizations.

John T. Stevens, ICS, RS
Vice President and General Manager
John Stevens is the Vice President and General Manager of Kipcon, Inc. A key member of our management team, Stevens is a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Designated Reserve Specialist, a Building Officials & Code Administrators Certified Building Inspector and a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional. With constant education and innovation, he has remained an expert in the field for over 20 years. Mr. Stevens specializes in inspections for both new construction and existing buildings and continues to be an active member of various professional organizations including the Community Associations Institute and the New Jersey Builders Association.
Lynn Voorhees, RCS, RS
Manager of Community Association Services
Lynn Voorhees is a licensed New Jersey Building Inspector, Residential and Commercial Specialist and a National Community Association Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialist. Her involvement with the CAI has been continuous and vast, simultaneously serving on various committees for multiple chapters each year. Specializing in Community Association services, Ms. Voorhees is a frequent speaker and author on industry topics.
Bettie Jones, CPM, PCAM
Managing Partner, Kipcon Southwest
Bettie Jones is the Managing Partner of Kipcon Southwest in Houston, Texas. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Greatly active in both organizations, Ms. Jones was nominated a candidate for IREM’s CPM of the Year award. With extensive experience in commercial property management and residential association management, Bettie Jones understands the reserve study process and the importance of properly maintaining ownership assets.
Ron Katz
General Manager, Kipcon Great Lakes
Ron Katz is the General Manager of Kipcon Great Lakes in Deerfield, Illinois. He is a graduate of Tulane University, the Illinois Technology Institute and Kent College of Law. With over 25 years of experience practicing Real Estate law in the Chicago area, Mr. Katz understands both the legal and practical importance of reserve studies, construction deficiencies and adequate financial planning. In addition, with his active involvement with the Community Associations Institute of Illinois (CAI-IL) and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA), Mr. Katz is recognized as an industry expert in the Chicago region.
Lynn Jordan
Managing Partner, Kipcon Rocky Mountain
Lynn Jordan is the Managing Partner of Kipcon Rocky Mountain, located in Denver, Colorado. An attorney specializing in community associations, she is one of five authors of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and is recognized as a legal expert on this subject in Colorado District Courts. Ms. Jordan understands both the legal and practical importance of reserve studies, construction deficiencies and financial planning. She is a frequent speaker, writer and committee member on the state and national levels of the Community Associations Institute, National Association of Home Builders, College of Community Association Lawyers and the Colorado Housing Council.
